Graduated in Business Administration and later in Law. He has more than 14 years of experience in the Intellectual Property area, mainly in trademark registrations, renewals and affectations, and later in litigation.
He has extensive experience in the area of Sanitary Registrations and also manages the area of Industrial Designs. He also has experience in Commercial, Civil and Family Law.
He manages the portfolio of international clients, making all his experience and advice available to them.
It is part of INTA, the most important association in the field of Intellectual Property worldwide.

Graduated in Law, specializing in Intellectual Property – Universidad Externado- Colombia and a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from the International University of La Rioja in Spain. He has more than 15 years of experience in development of matters, in Intellectual Property, Sanitary Registries, Copyright, litigation and conflict resolution in the civil, commercial, and family fields.
He also has experience in Intellectual Property matters, particularly in trademark registrations and litigation in relation to them.
German A. Garcia Leal – Lawyer
Graduated in Law, with specializations in Civil, Criminal and Family Law- Universidad del Rosario- Colombia. He has more than 25 years of experience in the development of matters, litigation and conflict resolution in the civil, commercial, criminal, and family fields, and everything that arises from them such as contracts, agreements, assignments, mergers, divorces , inheritance, real estate purchase-sale contracts, leases, extra-contractual civil liability, etc.
He also has experience in Intellectual Property matters, particularly in trademark registrations and litigation in relation to them.
